  • Obiettivi
  • All possible known methodological management approaches will be addressed, particularly: • The Waterfall model allows for planning all project phases in advance because the requirements are stable and known, and the methodology to be applied to the project is consolidated and well-known. This model is suitable for projects with clear and infrequently changing requirements. • The Agile model is used for projects where requirements are not clear and known from the beginning but rather consolidate and define as the work progresses. This model is suitable for projects with more fluid and frequently changing requirements. • The hybrid model, as the name suggests, combines elements from multiple project management models, such as Waterfall and Agile. This model is suitable for complex projects where requirements may change during the project. All instructors are established professionals in the Pharma world, certified PMP® (the most coveted and recognized International Project Management certification by PMI worldwide), with at least ten years of experience in managing complex international projects within prestigious and renowned pharmaceutical industries.
