In collaboration with Accenture and Salesforce, SUPSI offers this dedicated course program on the implementation and delivery of Salesforce solutions.

  • This course is designed to provide students with key skills needed to start a career in Salesforce consulting and administration. The program will help to build a solid understanding of how to customize and administer the Salesforce platform as well as best practices and methodology for realizing Salesforce projects. The technical contents of the training curriculum are designed to cover the key feature of the Salesforce platform that are relevant for the Salesforce Administrator Certification Exam, based on the official Exam Guide published by Salesforce for each release. The course includes a free voucher offered by Salesforce to attend the Salesforce Admin Certification exam, which is the base of all other Salesforce certifications. Focusing on the skills required for Salesforce professionals, administrators and consultants.
  • Requisiti
  • - Good understanding of the english language as all materials and training sessions will be in English - a PC with MS Teams installed and an internet connection.

  • Certificate of attendance. Ffor those who take the entire course and pass the final exam: Certificate of Advanced Studies SUPSI in Salesforce Professional, Certificate of proven Salesforce project skills issued by the Accenture Salesforce Business Group, and Salesforce Administrator Certification.

  • The program will be a mix of instructor-led lectures and instructor-assisted hands-on exercises and self-study. The following topics will be covered: Salesforce Administration & Customization: - Salesforce Overview, Capabilities & Product Portfolio - Data Model - Salesforce Basics & Navigation - Administering the Company Profile - User Management Basics - Security and Data Access - Object Customization - Automation - Reports & Dashboards - Deployment Salesforce Project Methodology & Delivery: - Overview of delivery approaches - Agile delivery basics - Project Planning - Requirements Management - Process Analysis - User Stories, Epics & Features - Fit/Gap Analysis - Project Stages: Design, Build, Test, Deploy - DevOps basics Course Milestones: T - the course includes a hands-on project task where participants get to apply their Salesforce technical and consulting skills, successful completion will be certified by the Accenture Salesforce Business Group - Final objective of the course is the dedicated preparation for the Salesforce Administrator certification, a free voucher to take this certification exam by Salesforce is included in the course.   • 133 lecture/hour (45 minutes each) in for 9 weeks, at most 4 days a week, at most 5 lecture/hours per day. Lecture days are from Monday to Thursday.
